Delete Your Account & Data

MotoriGo (developer: Pixelat AE) — how to delete your account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open the MotoriGo app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and all associated data are then permanently removed.

Delete data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual vehicles, service records, fuel logs, and odometer entries at any time — these are removed from your device and the cloud.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number), all vehicles, service and fuel records, odometer history, attached receipt and vehicle photos, location entries, loyalty data, and subscription status — permanently deleted from the app and our cloud (Google Firebase Firestore & Storage).

What may be kept

Records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records needed for tax/financial compliance) may be kept for the period required by law and then deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.

Can't access the app?

Submit a request using the support form above (category “Account & Security”) or email support@pixelat.ae from your account email, and we'll process the deletion.
