1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PIXELAT DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING ("Pixelat", "Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the MotoriGo mobile application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MotoriGo is a vehicle management application designed to help users:
- Track and manage vehicle information, maintenance schedules, and service records
- Log fuel expenses and monitor fuel consumption across multiple vehicles
- Analyze vehicle-related expenses with charts and insights
- Receive smart notifications and alerts for upcoming or overdue services
- Track mileage history and receive mileage update reminders
- Store and organize vehicle documentation, receipts, and photos
- Sync data across devices via cloud synchronization
The App is available on Apple iOS devices and is distributed through the Apple App Store.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You can sign up using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
4.1 Free Plan
The App offers a free plan with limited features. Free plan limitations include:
- Maximum 2 vehicles
- Last 5 days of service and fuel history viewing
- Basic service and fuel tracking
- No cloud sync or advanced features
The free plan may be modified or updated at our discretion.
4.2 Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription unlocks premium features including unlimited vehicles, full expense analytics, push notifications, cloud sync, receipt attachments, and full backup capabilities. Pro is available as:
- Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Annual subscription (auto-renewing, with savings)
4.3 Payment & Billing
All subscription purchases and payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Apple's terms of purchase. Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.4 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
4.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.
5. User Content & Data
5.1 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App, including vehicle information, service records, fuel entries, photos, and notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
5.2 Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. MotoriGo is a tracking and management tool — it does not verify the accuracy of service records, mileage readings, fuel prices, or other user-entered information.
5.3 Data Backup
While we provide cloud sync and backup features, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the app's export features (CSV, JSON, or full ZIP backup). We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal vehicle management. You shall not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the App
- Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App or any part thereof
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, trademarks ("MotoriGo", "Pixelat"), and documentation, is the exclusive property of PIXELAT DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The license granted to you is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
The Pixelat and MotoriGo names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Pixelat. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting) and Google Maps (station search). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Professional Advice
MotoriGo is a vehicle tracking tool and does not provide professional mechanical, financial, or safety advice. Service reminders and health scores are based on user-entered data and general guidelines — they should not replace professional vehicle inspections or manufacturer recommendations.
9.2 As-Is Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9.3 Expense Accuracy
Expense analytics, cost calculations, and insights generated by the App are based solely on data you enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy of financial calculations and recommend verifying important financial information independently.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the App's Pro subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixelat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Modifications to the App & Terms
12.1 App Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, certain updates may require changes to how you use the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12.2 Terms Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination using the app's export features.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple's settings.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixelat regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
